My travel to Japan was so special mainly because I had to wait for 2 years to finally make the trip due to Covid restrictions. Tamaki TEFL kept in touch throughout the waiting process and would share information with regards to updates and necessary preparations for smooth travel.

When I got to Japan they would also check on me every now and then and that helped me settle in a foreign land with no family. I am currently in Sendai and enjoying exploring the city, culture and a very diverse cuisine! Octopus has become a favourite! 😃

From the moment I contacted Tomoko, she was alot of help and a great source of information especially concerning all the administrative work needed to move, live and work abroad in another country.

Where can I begin?
When I think of Tomoko and TTR recruitment, I immediately think of support. I was supported throughout my entire journey, and it was a long one!😅😄. TTR prepares you fully for what is to come and what to expect. Without this guidance I think I would have been very lost.
For me what was truly amazing was Tomoko's constant support and patience throughout the "waiting period" during Covid-19. I was constantly checked in on and supported by TTR via Skype and email, and I truly could not have gone through that time without her. TTR updated me constantly about Japans borders and Cicid-19 situations and so I was never in the dark and remained so positive. And even now, she has helped me still and kept in communication with how I am doing and adjusting in Japan. She has supported me more than one could understand. I had decided to relocate to Thailand in 2020. Covid happened and l had the chance of getting help from TTR in securing another job opportunity in Japan.
